For clinics

A cognitive health service line. Not a session add-on.

Your clients already invest in metabolic health, sleep optimization, and cardiovascular longevity. BrainMod adds objective brain health to that stack, with the data and workflow of a program rather than a one-off treatment.

The opportunity

The one system in the body your clients can't yet see.

Lifestyle medicine has strong, measurable protocols for the body. Cognitive health and stress resilience have always been harder: subjective to quantify, difficult to demonstrate progress on, and uncomfortable to position as a clinical service line without the tools to back it up.

EEG neurofeedback, transcranial stimulation, and hemodynamic sensing change that. BrainMod packages decades of neuroscience into a workflow for a clinic that already has patients, clinicians, and a schedule, and produces objective data your clients can see.

Not a gadget.

Clinician-supervised, contraindication-checked, and documented in your patient record. BrainMod operates as a clinical decision support tool, not a consumer wellness device.

Your clinicians, your protocols.

The platform's adaptive engine makes recommendations. Your clinical team makes decisions. Parameters, protocols, and sign-off authority stay with your staff.

The business case

A subscription that grows with your clinic.

BrainMod operates on a Hardware-as-a-Service subscription. Your clinic owns the client relationship; we provide the hardware, software, updates, and onboarding.

Program, not session

Clients come back to watch their own data change over time, not for a one-off treatment.

Expand naturally

Initial deployments typically start with one focus area: stress, recovery, or attention. As clinical confidence grows, centers expand into additional program types on the same hardware.

Designed for multi-unit

The HaaS model scales. Each additional headset adds service-line capacity, not another vendor contract.

In your clinic

A session is a clinician, a client, and a 10–15 minute protocol.

The patient stays seated and supervised throughout. Your clinician runs the pre-flight checks, starts the recording, and monitors the live signal. The platform handles the device, the signals, and the safety layer.

A typical client journey

From intake to an ongoing care rhythm in six weeks.

This is the most common pattern across early deployments. Clinics adapt it to their scheduling and scope.

1

Intake and onboarding

Patient completes the BrainMod intake forms. Clinician reviews the contraindication screen and clears the patient for sessions. Fifteen minutes of setup the first day.

2

Baseline qEEG

A four-minute eyes-closed resting EEG generates the first normative report. Clinician and patient review the band-power chart together. The report becomes the baseline for the program.

3

Personalized plan

Clinician selects the neurofeedback protocol, tDCS parameters (if applicable), and assigns the digital therapeutics and daily check-in schedule for between-session work.

4

10–15 minute sessions

One to two sessions per week. EEG and hemodynamic sensing run continuously; adaptive neurostimulation and digital therapeutic activities run concurrently. Clinician or trained tech present for the first four sessions; supervised remote protocol thereafter.

5

Daily check-ins + weekly survey

The patient app captures mood, energy, and anxiety each day in under a minute. A weekly wellbeing survey is auto-administered and auto-scored. All data flows into the clinician's timeline without a portal login.

Between-session data

The companion app captures mood, energy, and sleep observations between sessions. Optional clinician-share gives the clinical team qualitative context alongside the quantitative EEG and wearable data. Everything flows into the clinician portal automatically.

Your clinicians, in charge

The platform recommends. Your team decides.

Onboarding wizard

Seven structured steps guide a new patient from first contact to a clinician-reviewed treatment plan. Nothing starts until a clinician approves the plan.

Scheduling

Recurring session templates, session-day pre-flight checklists, and remote supervision after the first four in-person sessions.

Contraindication engine

Eleven automated safety checks run before every session. The impedance gate is not overridable. Clinicians review and sign off before current flows.

Clinician notes

Session observations linked to the EEG recording, exportable as a clinical summary PDF with the qEEG report.

Complementary offerings

Fits next to what you already do.

BrainMod is calibrated for practices that already offer high-end, science-based programming. It complements the service lines your clients are already enrolled in rather than competing with them.

It sits naturally alongside metabolic medicine and lab-based longevity programs (cross-referencing neurological data with cellular biomarkers), executive health assessments (adding a cognitive performance and stress resilience pillar), sleep medicine (EEG and HRV data in the same view), and adjunctive mental health support under licensed clinical supervision.
